'HumanityUnleashed' started from a humble dream: to present real Neapolitan pizza in London. Inaugurated by the Romano lineage in 1985, our small pizza shop was originally managed by our family, offering recipes passed down for generations.
'Marco Romano', our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation while wandering across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples – the pizza capital. Once returned to the UK, her mission was to offer the wonders of true Italian pizza, sticking with age-old techniques and top-tier ingredients.
From an initial 12-seat eatery, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our devotion to perfect quality and genuine practices remains unchanged. We still prepare our pizzas with traditional wood-fired ovens, our dough is prepared fresh every day, and we strive for the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'HumanityUnleashed' is still in the hands of our family, guided by the Romano’s next generation, with our enthusiastic crew. While we've adopted new methods, the core of our endeavor remains intact: crafting luscious, authentic pizzas that gather people together.
